POSTAGE

Haus of Alex's original and fine art prints are sent with Australia Post “Pack and Track” where item tracking is available. Posting usually takes 7 to 10 working days from the shipping date for Domestic orders.

Once sent, it is in the hands of the postal service. Please contact the postal service in your country with your registered post number or check the tracking feature on their website to get more info on the location of your package.

These timeframes are estimates and will sometimes arrive sooner or longer depending on customs or the postal company in your country. Postage is excluded from the cost of all items and is calculated separately.

PACKAGING

​All prints smaller than A2 are flat-packed between thick cardboard and placed into protective bags.

 

Larger prints are rolled in archival tissue in a strong mailing tube.

 

All prints are unframed and are sent with care instruction sheets.
